I have been a weight watchers cheaty cheater this go around.
Over the weekend I went to an overpriced B & B and at a slice of German Chocolate Cake for no good reason.
I don't even like German Chocolate Cake!!
The same B & B served the following three course breakfast:
1 Granola with your choice of milk or yogurt -- not terrible, but still POINTS;And do you want to know who ate all of that three course silly breakfast?
2 Apple Crisp -- for breakfast? Wha? POINTS!;
3 Blueberry Pancakes with Bacon -- hello? POINTS!!!
That would be me.
Yesterday I had a fever and couldn't stop shaking. When I finally got hungry for dinner I chose to eat the world's MOST ENORMOUS bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats.
This point counting affair is NOT going according to plan.
I'm making JakeandElliesMom's meatloaf tonight.
I've got to get back on track.
Gah!!

A few questions:
1. Was it good? I mean, was your carb consumption emotional or deliberate?
2. Is this happening every day or just on special OMG I can't believe what a week I've had and isn't it great to get away days?
3. Do you know of any way we're going to drop this weight without being accountable for it? I keep trying and so far it's not working.
4. Do you have an accurate representation on the scale, or are you still up and down?
I'm in the same boat, wish I could be more helpful, but I made the meatloaf last night, too.
Well, my ground chicken had gone bad (Ew.) so we went out to dinner, but I stayed basically on track with the tofu scramble.
The cake? wasn't really that good.
